About WSCC PFD

The WSCC PFD was officially formed by King County Ordinance 16883 on July 19, 2010.

An ordinance related to the Washington State Convention Center; creating a public facilities district to acquire, own and operate a convention and trade center transferred from the public nonprofit corporation that owns the WSCC, as authorized by Chapter 36.100 RCW; appointing the board of directors, requiring reports concerning the district's efforts regarding transfer of the WSCC property to the public facilities district; and creating a new chapter in K.C.C. Title. 2.

Regular district board meetings are held at least monthly at a regular time and place within King County, Washington. Meetings, schedules, agendas and locations are subject to change and notice will be posted on this website.
