Equipment, Services & Support Personal
General equipment items are provided as part of the Convention Center's event services and/or
are included in base rent and in consideration of availability and other events. Fees listed
are to be applied only when circumstances call for rent charges, and are subject to change
without notice.
Straight time rates apply Monday through Sunday. The following holidays are charged at Time and One-Half: New Year's Day; Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day; Presidents' Day, Memorial Day; Veterans Day, Friday after Thanksgiving. The following holidays are charged at Double Time: Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
