Washington State Convention Center's newest meeting and event space, The Conference Center offers 71,000 square feet of high-end configurable space, award-winning catering services, a commitment to sustainability and a LEED certified eco-friendly design. A beautiful facility on its own, The Conference Center also connects seamlessly to the 344,000 square foot Washington State Convention Center.
The Conference Center is located right in the heart of downtown with easy access to Interstate 5, convenient parking, the airport light rail link and the many great things Seattle has to offer.

Level 1
The primary entrance to 71,000 square feet of meeting and event space on four levels
Natural light brightens the 9,000 square feet of pre-function space – ideal for light exhibits, registration or receptions
Two meeting rooms on this level offer a total of 3,846 square feet
Room 101 has operable walls that may be opened to expand the pre-function area to an impressive 11,838 square feet
Retail space to offer attendees freshly brewed coffee and a tasty selection of house-baked treats in a café setting

Lower Level
Five meeting rooms provide a total of 8,224 square feet and range in size from 989 to 3,895 square feet
Over 5,000 square feet of pre-function space with natural lighting for your registration area, exhibits or reception
Rooms LL4 and LL5 may be opened to increase the pre-function space to over 9,300 square feet
Meeting rooms LL1, LL2 and LL3 also include natural wood wainscoting

Executive Level 2
Five richly appointed meeting rooms offer a total of nearly 6,500 square feet
Meeting room sizes range from 640 to 2,090 square feet
Rooms 201, 204 and 205 include windows with blackout capability
Meeting rooms 201 and 203 are set as executive board rooms, featuring distinctive wood conference tables and the latest built-in audio and visual presentation equipment
Over 7,500 square feet of carpeted pre-function area brightened with natural light
Three lounge areas with leather accent walls – two with fireplaces
Level 3
Level 3 provides 31,000 square feet of flexible, fully carpeted space for banquets, meeting rooms, exhibits and registration
A variety of meeting room sizes – from 2,542 to 8,366 square feet, with a total of 16,442 square feet
With over 11,000 square feet of pre-function space, Level 3 provides
